Brouwerij Kade: inventory in one glance.
A brewery with five locations that tracked inventory in loose lists got one dashboard with realtime figures. Ordering now happens on facts, not feeling.
Five locations, five truths.
Brouwerij Kade tracked inventory in loose spreadsheets per location. Anyone who wanted the full picture had to puzzle five files together — and they were always behind.
Orders were placed on gut feeling. One warehouse overflowed while another ran out, and no one saw it in time.
Growth made it worse: more locations meant more loose lists and even less overview.
One source, one dashboard.
We first mapped where the inventory data really came from: point of sale, warehouse and production per location. That produced one clear data source.
On top of it we built a dashboard that brings the five locations together live. Everyone looks at the same picture, updated in the moment.
We added signals: if a stock drops below the limit, the right person sees it immediately — no more surprises.
Steering on facts.
Inventory across five locations now sits realtime in one dashboard. The puzzling with files is over — the picture is always right.
Stock-outs dropped by 30%. Ordering happens on current figures, so no more overflowing warehouses next to empty shelves.
The dashboard grows with the brewery. A sixth location is a matter of connecting, not a new list. One source, lasting overview.
Realtime data from every location.
