Veldkamp planned dozens of trips a day across a tangle of spreadsheets. One planner knew the system; if they were out, the business stalled.

Orders came in by email, phone and web form and had to be re-typed by hand into planning and accounting. Errors and double work were unavoidable.

Customers called for a trip status no one could quickly look up. Growth simply meant more people on the same manual work.

We started with half a day on the planning floor to see the real process — not the one on paper. That produced a sharp scope: one planning portal, eight integrations, nothing more.

In weekly sprints we built the portal around the planner. Orders flow in automatically, routes are proposed, and the planner stays in control: approve or adjust.
